Customers need to log in to unlock extra offers, we would like to display a banner on Checkout that invites them to login if they are not logged in yet. Some discounts are also available based on customer tags, so we would like to display the offers when applicable.

Great news the display conditions are now available on the banner and now include the options for checking if the customer is or is not logged in. Enjoy!
