If there are two upsells that meet the conditions, decide which upsell gets displayed first

Goal is to block orders from coming in when shipping and billing do not match. Additional function would be to do this by order value, say over $250 where it blocks those, but does not block orders below $250 when they don't match.

E.g if customer pay by master card they can get a 10% discount on order. If they pay by payal they can get a 5% discount etc

More complex rules and controls such as specific days of the week, date choose limit, and restrict the number of each date slot.

We do a decent amount of business through draft orders, where we send custom quotes to B2B customers with special pricing an payment terms. Customer through draft orders often want to pay with a check or ACH Wire Transfer. We want the ability to configure your payment terms to only activate "non credit card" payment options to a subset of customers.
